1. Agreement to these terms

By using SoloSteady(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). The Service is operated by Culmination Digital LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

SoloSteady generates verified income documents for self-employed individuals. We analyze bank statement data you provide (either by uploading PDFs or connecting via Plaid) and produce a professional summary document with a unique verification URL. The documents are informational tools, not certified financial statements or legal instruments.

3. Who can use the Service

You may use the Service only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are the rightful owner of any bank accounts represented in the data you provide
  • You have the legal right to share the bank data you submit
  • Your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction

4. Your commitments

When you use the Service, you certify that:

  • The bank statements and account data you provide are genuine, unaltered, and accurately reflect your real financial activity
  • You will not use the Service to create fraudulent documents, deceive third parties, or misrepresent your income
  • You will not use the Service to commit identity theft, money laundering, or any other unlawful act
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit

5. What the Service is not

SoloSteady is an informational tool. It is not:

  • A certified financial statement or audit
  • A consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
  • Financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
  • A guarantee of your actual income
  • A replacement for professional advice

The verification documents we generate are not intended to be used as consumer reports for credit, employment, insurance, or housing decisions in the FCRA sense. If you plan to use a generated document for a regulated decision, consult your own legal counsel.

6. Payments

Generating an income verification report requires a one-time payment as listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final except where required by law. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact support@solosteady.com within 30 days of the charge.

7. Our disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF BANK STATEMENT DATA YOU PROVIDE OR THE CALCULATIONS WE PERFORM ON THAT DATA.

SoloSteady does not verify the authenticity of bank statements beyond automated format checks. The Service’s calculations reflect the activity shown in the data you provide. SoloSteady does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on any document we generate.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Culmination Digital LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY THIRD PARTY’S USE OF OR RELIANCE ON A DOCUMENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Culmination Digital LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we reasonably suspect the Service is being used fraudulently or unlawfully.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
